The Neighborhood Longhorns Program (NLP) is an educational incentive program operated by The University of Texas in partnership with the Austin Independent School District. The NLP uses support mechanisms that encourage and value elementary and middle school students' personal development and inspire their desire to pursue higher learning through exposure to the college experience.
